Work With Me

Getting in Touch

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation for people interested in working with me. During this time, you can talk about your needs the ways you are looking to be supported. If it feels like a good match, we can schedule a first session. If we decide we are not a good fit, I can offer referrals to other therapists who may better meet your needs.

About Me

Hailing from a lineage rich with artists and intuitives, I once viewed my innate intuition more as a burden than a blessing. My natural sensitivity felt like an anomaly, a trait that didn't quite fit with conventional expectations. However, embracing this trait has profoundly enriched my life and my role as a therapist. My ability to tap into this intuition enables me to help my clients identify the core of their struggles with compassion and discernment.

In my practice, I prioritize creating a space where clients from all backgrounds feel seen and heard, where they can explore the intricacies of their inner world without judgment. It's a collaborative journey towards self-discovery, where the goal is not only to navigate through current challenges but to unearth and foster the resilience and wisdom that lies within each individual.

I am a registered associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and have been an adjunct professor teaching Trauma and Group Dynamics and Facilitation at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), where I obtained a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology. My educational background has equipped me with a robust framework to support my intuitive skills, enabling a holistic approach to therapy that encompasses both the heart and the mind.
