hello (3)_edited.jpg

a note on my specialization

While I work with a wide range of concerns, I specialize in supporting highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and/or dissociative individuals (including those with DID) from an intuitive and somatic approach. I work with my clients to study and understand their unique nervous systems in the present, build relationship with the self (or selves), and and engage in deep, transformative inner work that unfolds over time.

Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t just for one type of struggle—it’s for anyone seeking clarity, relief, or a deeper understanding of themselves. From the everyday stresses that build up over time to the heavy, overwhelming moments that feel impossible to face alone, I’m here to help you process, heal, and move forward.

Whatever you’re carrying, let’s work together to lighten the load and help you reclaim the life you deserve.

Teen Therapy

Teen therapy isn’t about lectures or quick fixes—it’s about understanding, connection, and giving your teen the tools they need to thrive. Whether they’re dealing with intense emotions or simply trying to make sense of who they are in a complex world, I’m here to help them feel heard, valued, and equipped to face life’s ups and downs with confidence.

Let’s work together to help your teen find balance, resilience, and their own path forward.

Couple Therapy

When your relationship feels like it’s unraveling, it can be painful, confusing, and isolating. Maybe arguments have replaced connection, trust feels broken, or you’re questioning if things can ever get better. Couples therapy offers a lifeline—a space to pause, face the struggle together, and begin to heal.

If you’re feeling at a breaking point, let’s work together to find your way back to each other. It’s not too late to rediscover hope.
